It was good to hear you both talk about the mean voice in our heads that tells that everything we are doing - and everything that we are - is wrong/bad/stupid/worthless/ etc. It seems to be part of being human. The trick for me is not so much to silence it as to talk back to it - “year, right, heard that before a million times, blah, blah, blah, boring….” Because the voice in the head really has nothing new to say. Very dull.
Anyway, thank you for this great interview and a very lovely movie. It has a great message and is beautifully acted.
